Crispy fried mushrooms with tartar sauce


  • 500g.fresh mushrooms
  • 100g.flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g.sesame seeds
  • 100ml.milk
  • oil,salt,black pepper

Ingredients for tartar sauce:

  • 2 pickles
  • 100g.mayonnaise


Beat eggs,milk and flour to get a slightly thicker mixture (as for pancakes).Add salt.

Smear the mushrooms in this mixture,then in sesame and then fry them in heated oil.

Take the mushrooms out on paper napkins.To prepare the tartar sauce,grate 2-3 cucumbers,add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of water from the pickles.

You can use white wine instead of this water.
