Cocktail tropical


  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 peach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 orange peel
  • 1/2 lemon peel
  • 30ml.rum
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey


Put the peach with the banana and the grated peel of half a lemon and orange in a blender first.

Add honey and squeezed lemon and orange juice to the mixture.

Finally the rum is added (it’s amount can be increased if you want the cocktail to be more alcholic).

Put the cocktail in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool well and before consuming put the ice cubes.

Watermelon cocktail


  • 300ml.watermelon juice
  • 50ml.white rum
  • 1-2 limes
  • 150ml. White wine

For sugar syrup:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water


First make the sugar syrup by heating the sugar and water until the sugar has melted.

Leave to cool.

Squeeze the juice from the watermelon through a juicer or simply press the pieces of watermelon through a strainer to get about 300 ml of juice.

Mix watermelon juice, rum and white wine.

Then add the sugar syrup and lime juice to taste. First add a tablespoon of sugar syrup and juice of one lime, then add more to taste. Try it because it depends on how mild the watermelon is, and whether you want a mild or sour cocktail.

Place the cups in the freezer slightly to cool. Balls are taken out of the watermelon with a kitchen tool.

The glasses are first filled to the top, alternately watermelon balls, ice cubes and pieces of lime.

Then pour the cocktail.



  • 50ml.Bacardi black rum
  • 200ml.pure pineapple juice
  • A glass of crushed ice


Fill the glass with blended ice,, add rum and pure pineapple juice.

Decorate to your liking.
