  • 350g.crushed biscuits
  • 200g.hazelnuts napolitanki (wafers)
  • 100g.chocolate cream
  • juice

For chocolate:

  • chocolate with a higher percentage of cocoa
  • 6-7 tbsp oil
  • 150g.roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts


Put the crushed biscuits,the crushed hazelnut wafers and the chocolate cream in a deeper bowl.Add the juice and knead the mixture.

Shape small balls-bombs and chocolate.For the glaze,melt the chocolate over the steam with the oil and mix well.

Place the bomb over the fork,pour over the chocolate,sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and once again pour over the chocolate.Place over foil or baking paper to dry.

P.s. You will add the juice gradually,depending on how much the biscuits drink.For easier chocolate,it is nice to keep the cookies in the fridge for a short time.
