Melted snails

  • 2 cup (100ml) lukewarm water
  • 3 cup oil half yeast ( I put dry yeast in the whole package)
  • 3 cup semolina
  • 6 cup flour
  • a little salt
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

For sorbet:

  • 600g. sugar
  • 500ml.water

Put the lukewarm water, oil, salt, vanilla and yeast in a deep bowl and dissolve it in the liquid. Then add the semolina and flour and knead the dough, which we divide into two parts..

Add the cocoa to one and mix it with the cocoa. On the work table, stretch the two doughs a little, then put them on top of each other and stretch the straight crust that we roll into a roll.Cut the roll into 1 cm thick pieces. We lightly rub each piece from above with our hands to get a beautiful shape that they last by cutting them.

Arrange them in a pan greased with oil and leave for about 20 minutes and then turn on the oven. When the oven heats up,bake them.Put the finished and cooled cakes in hot sorbet to soak in the sugar.
