Hash Browm Crispy


  • 2 potatoes larger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp corn flour


Put the potatoes to boil.After they are cooked,grate them and add the egg and corn flour.Put them on a baking tray with a paper towel and leave them in the fridge for 15 minutes.Then fry them in heated oil until golden brown.

Cheddar sauce


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200g.cheddar cheese


In a deep bowl,melt the butter,then the flour and mix with a whisk for about 1 minute until bubbles start to fall out.Add the milk to gradually combine and thicken.Once it thickens,add the cheddar but gradually to melt it.Stir all the time until the end,because it can burn.
