Focaccia with dry spices

Today i will suggest you a recipe for Italian focaccia!

Quick and easy!



  • 700g.flour
  • 300ml.warm water
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 80ml.olive oil


  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3-4 sherry tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, mixed spice


For the dough, first add the wet ingredients and then add the flour. Knead a classic soft dough and leave it to rise for 1 hour.

Grease the baking tray well with oil. Grease the hands well and place the dough in the baking tray and just by pressing the fingers, stretch the dough, making holes in the dough.

Cut the sherry tomatoes into thin leaves and put the garlic in granules, mixed spice, black pepper, basil and coat the focaccia. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
