- 3 ready-made cake crusts
- 150ml.chocolate milk
- 400ml.sweet sour cream
- 300g.frozen blueberries
- 1 pack of gelatin
- 4 tbsp water (for gelatin)
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 150ml.sweet sour cream
- 150g.dark chocolate
We put the gelatin in the water to swell.
Put the blueberries in a pot on the fire,to thaw nicely.Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir to melt.Remove from the heat and process them with a hand blender until you get a puree.Add the gelatin and mix well.
Whip the sweet sour cream in a deeper bowl.Add the mascarpone and mix.Add the blueberry puree and mix until completely combined.Remove 5-6 tbsp from the obtained filling in a bowl,cover with nylon foil and leave it in the fridge (for decoration).We divide the rest into two equal parts.
Heat the chocolate milk to better absorb it into the crusts.We arrange the cake.First we put a crust,soak it with 50ml of chocolate milk,then we put one half of the filling.Put a second crust,immerse with 50ml of chocolate milk,then add the second part of the filling.Finish with the crust,dip it in the remaining chocolate milk and leave the cake in the fridge overnight.
Finely chop the chocolate and leave it in a deep bowl.Heat the sweet sour cream until it boils and pour it over the chocolate.Leave for 5 minutes,then mix until completely melted.Pour the chocolate on the cake,leave it in the fridge for at least half an hour,then decorate with the rest of the filling with the help of a pastry syringe.
The cake is very easy to make,and it is very tasty and refreshing.With this amount of sugar the cake is medium sweet,you can add more or less sugar if desired.
