Mango smoothie:

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Banana strawberry peach smoothie:

  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 peach
  • 3/4 cup apple juice

Cranberry orange banana smoothie:

  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey

Kiwi lime smoothie:

  • 2 kiwi

Peanut butter oatmeal breakfast:

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
