Ingredients:
- 500g.chicken meat
- 1 zucchini
- 2-3 peppers
- 1-2 onions
Salsa:
- 2 tomatoes+1 onion
Salad:
- Lettuce, red beans, maize, peas
- Chili sauce,chili mayonnaise, sour cream
Spices:
- Taco spice (chili, curry, turmeric, red peppers, dry vegetables, salt)
Preparation:
First, cut the chicken into smaller strips (pieces) and place it in a pan with a little oil to fry. Add the spices. You can add about half or 1/4 teaspoon of all the spices and a little more red pepper. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and add about 1 cup of water. Leave everything to simmer until the vegetables are soft and fry everything well. I chop the tomatoes and onions into very small pieces and fry them in a little oil if the tomatoes do not release enough water, add about 1 cup of water and cook until you get a nice sauce and the tomatoes are not soft. Season with the same spices as the meat. For the salad, cut lettuce and add cooked peas, corn and canned red beans. When done, fill and wrap the tortillas. I put in this order… I spread the middle of the tortilla with sour cream, I put mayonnaise with chili from the salad, meat and salsa, then I sprinkle a little with the hot chili sauce. Wrap the tortillas and that’s it. Try and make sure how delicious everything is and how well all the flavors of vegetables, meat and spices combine, and balance and soften the spicy with sour cream.
