Original Turkish meatballs


  • 750g.minced meat
  • 2 onion
  • 2 slices of bread without crust
  • 1 egg
  • Parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Butter for frying


Soak the bread in water and strain it and crush it in a plate. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and fry on all sides in heated butter until browned. Serve the meatballs with fresh vegetables, french fries or chili peppers.
